We offer NET leases where the mall tenant only pays for their electricity directly consumed within their space. The landlord pays all other expenses including taxes, garbage removal, water, sewer, landscaping, common area janitorial of the hallways and bathrooms, security monitoring, building insurance, flood insurance, and much more.
